TECHSPEC non-axis elliptical mirrors are unit conjugate focusing mirrors used to form images at specific angles. This mirror, which adopts fixed conjugate optical path lengths on the image side and object side, can achieve magnifications of up to 2.5X from the object plane to the image plane. Non-axis elliptical mirrors are commonly used in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), where a non-axis design metal reflector is required to meet spatial constraints of broadband light sources. TECHSPEC non-axis elliptical mirrors feature a diamond-turned cylindrical surface on their base, with the radius size aligned to the coaxial length for alignment with the long axis side of the mirror's elliptical surface. Additionally, a diamond-turned reference plane is employed on the surface perpendicular to the long axis side.
